Privacy Policy

Setgo Coach (“Setgo”, “we”) is a back-office tool for independent coaches. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to be readable. If anything is unclear, email us.

What we collect

Your account: name, email, phone, password (hashed), and the profile you choose to publish. Your business data: the clients, sessions, payments, expenses, and notes you enter. Usage: basic logs needed to run and secure the service. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

Only to provide the product: to show your dashboard, send the reminders and receipts you configure, process the payments you log, and keep your account secure. We never sell your data.

Your clients’ data

The client information you enter belongs to your coaching relationship. You are its controller, and Setgo processes it on your behalf. You are responsible for having the right to store it and for telling your clients how you use it.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the product work: our database host, and (when you enable them) email, SMS/WhatsApp, and payment providers. Each receives only what their function requires.

Your rights

You can access and export your clients, sessions, and payments as CSV from Settings at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and its data. We honour access, correction, export, and erasure requests.

Security & retention

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access is scoped so one coach can never see another’s data. We keep your data while your account is active and remove it on request or a reasonable period after closure.
