Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Setgo Coach. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Setgo on behalf of a business, you accept these terms for that business.

The service

Setgo Coach is a back-office tool for independent coaches to manage clients, scheduling, bookings, reminders, and payments. It is not a marketplace and does not find clients for you.

Your account

You’re responsible for your login, for the accuracy of what you enter, and for all activity under your account. Keep your password safe and tell us about any unauthorised use.

Your clients’ data

You are responsible for having the right to store information about your clients and for any consent required where you operate. You agree not to use Setgo for unlawful purposes or to send unwanted messages.

Payments & plans

Payments you record are a log for your own bookkeeping. Setgo is not a party to them. Paid subscription tiers, when enabled, are billed per the plan you choose and are cancellable; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

No professional advice

Setgo is a scheduling and record-keeping tool, not a provider of medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for the coaching, health, and safety decisions you make with your clients.

Availability & liability

We work hard to keep Setgo running but provide it “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.

Termination & changes

You can close your account at any time and export your data first. We may update these terms and will note the date above; continued use means you accept the changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
